  • 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and track relevant tenders from GeM and other government portals
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids
  • Handle complete tender documentation (BOQ, EMD, compliance, etc.)
  • Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quotations and specifications
  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of tender documents
  • Maintain records of all tenders and update status regularly
  • Follow up for tender results and post-bid processes
  • Ensure compliance with government tender norms and requirements
  • 🧠 Skills RequiredExperience in GeM / E-Tendering portals
  • Strong documentation and MS Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and deadline management
  • Vendor coordination and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of industrial products (preferred)
  • 🎓 QualificationGraduate / Diploma (Any stream)
  • Knowledge of tendering processes preferred
  • 📅 ExperienceMinimum 5 Years (60 Months) experience in Tendering / Bid Management
  • 👤 Ideal Candidate ProfileHands-on experience in handling end-to-end tender process
  • Familiar with government procurement systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle multiple tenders simultaneously
