Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Assistant to join our team.
- As a Tender Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the tendering process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders, and maintaining tender-related documents and records.

- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, including document management, formatting, and proofreading
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and documents for tender submissions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tender records, including tracking tender status and deadlines
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to support tender development
- Assist in the development of tender strategies and content
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the tender team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other departments.
