Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and revenue growth for medical diagnostic and molecular diagnostic products within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, microbiologists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Identify new business opportunities in government and private healthcare sectors
- Manage distributor networks and channel partners (if applicable)
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and training sessions
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular market feedback
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
