Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and overseeing the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that elevate the quality and integrity of software delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Salesforce Testing.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and environments to optimize test coverage and execution.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation and software quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
