Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves working from office to engage with leads generated by our in-house digital marketing team, understanding customer requirements, creating customised itineraries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate must have excellent inside sales records, handle monthly targets, excellent communication skills, strong vendor management abilities, and a passion for travel.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers via phone and email to understand their travel needs and preferences.

- Create and present tailored holiday itineraries that meet customer requirements.

- Collaborate with a network of vendors to secure the best deals and options for customers.

- Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our holiday packages and addressing customer queries.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Mukta Travels.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the travel industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Must have a personal laptop and mobile phone for work.

- Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for customers.
