Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and screen IT professionals through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Work on a full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within specified timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to support long-term placements.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and reporting documents professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment life cycle, sourcing strategies, and screening techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organise, and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work on Night Shift (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience working with multiple technology domains (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Python, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Knowledge of VMS portals and ATS tools is an advantage.
