Job Title: VAS Executive – Golf Cart Division

Department: Sales / After-Sales

Location: BBSR

Job Purpose

To drive Value Added Services (VAS) revenue for the Golf Cart Division by promoting accessories, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), extended warranty, insurance, and customized service solutions, while improving customer satisfaction and dealer performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell VAS offerings including accessories, AMC, extended warranty, insurance, and customization solutions
• Upsell VAS products to dealers, institutional clients, and end customers
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth execution of VAS services
• Support dealers in closing VAS deals and achieving assigned targets
• Handle VAS requirements for institutional customers such as resorts, golf courses, airports, hotels, campuses, and industrial parks
• Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, and customer follow-ups
• Track VAS performance and prepare regular MIS and sales reports
• Resolve customer queries related to VAS and ensure high service satisfaction
• Assist in launching new VAS products, schemes, and promotional offers
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs), automotive service, or aftermarket products
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Willingness to travel as per business needs

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma
• MBA preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in VAS, automotive sales, EV industry, or service sales
• Experience in electric vehicles or golf carts will be an added advantage
