1. Guest Experience & Hospitality: Greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring every person feels attended to. You are the "face" of the establishment.
2. Order Management: Using Point of Sale (POS) systems to accurately transmit orders to the kitchen or bar, ensuring timing is synchronized (e.g., appetizers arriving before entrees).
3. Service Logistics: Serving food and beverages using proper etiquette (like serving from the left and clearing from the right), refilling drinks, and monitoring table progress.
4. Quality Control: Checking dishes for accuracy and presentation before they leave the kitchen.

Core Responsibilities of Restaurant Billing Executive

1. Transaction Management: Processing cash, credit, and digital payments; ensuring accurate billing for food and beverages.
2. System Operation: Navigating Point of Sale (POS) software to input orders, apply discounts, and generate final invoices.
3. Financial Reporting: Reconciling daily sales, managing the cash drawer, and preparing end-of-day revenue reports.
4. Customer Service: Addressing billing discrepancies, explaining charges, and handling refunds or gift card redemptions.
5. Inventory Coordination: Tracking menu item availability and communicating "86'd" items between the kitchen and the front-of-house.
6. Compliance: Verifying tax applications and maintaining organized records of all physical and digital receipts.
