Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to manage daily warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, staff supervision, dispatch planning, and ensuring safety and accuracy in warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities Manage

• day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement
• Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and supervisors
• Ensure timely dispatch and inward of materials
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Coordinate with logistics, purchase, and accounts teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
• Ensure proper documentation (GRN, DC, Invoice, etc.)
• Reduce material loss, damage, and wastage
