Job Description
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock and conducting regular physical stock audits.
Stock Receiving: Verifying quantity and quality of goods received from vendors and cross-checking them against Delivery Challans (DC) and Purchase Orders.
Dispatch Operations: Ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatching of sales orders as per the delivery schedule.
Team Supervision: Managing a team of loaders, helpers, and packers to ensure daily targets are met efficiently.
Warehouse Optimization: Strategic placement of stock to maximize space utilization and ensure easy accessibility for fast-moving items.
Documentation & Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports (MIS) and updating the inventory software/ERP.
