Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.

·        Write clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems.

·        Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

·        Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure responsive, user-friendly designs.

·        Maintain and customize CMS platforms such as WordPress (themes, plugins, Elementor/Gutenberg).

·        Conduct performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.

·        Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

·        Education: MCA /B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

·        Front-End Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue.

·        Back-End Skills: Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.

·        CMS: WordPress (custom themes, plugins, Elementor/Gutenberg).

·        Database: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

·        API Integration: RESTful APIs, third-party integrations.

·        Tools & Processes: Git, Agile, CI/CD, SEO, Responsive Design, UI/UX fundamentals.

·        Software Tools & Processes: Understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and version control

·        Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Experience (Good to Have)

• Web design and application development (ERP, CMS, custom solutions).
• Exposure to domains such as Healthcare, Finance, Retail, and Security.
• Experience with Sales, Marketing, Tender documentation, or NGO projects.
• Understanding of infrastructure networking and system integrations.
