Workshop Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Workshop Manager to lead the service operations of our Ather showroom/service center. The role includes ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, improving team productivity, and following Ather standards and safety norms.

The candidate will supervise technicians, manage daily workshop activities, monitor service quality, and ensure smooth operations. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
