This role is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and lead the workshop team to ensure efficient and timely vehicle repairs.

·       Coordinate with customers to understand service requirements and ensure their concerns are addressed.

·       Oversee the workflow, manage service schedules, and ensure smooth workshop operations.

·       Ensure compliance with quality standards and meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.

·       Conduct market research to identify trends and implement improvements in workshop services.

·       Maintain accurate records of service activities and generate reports using CRM software.

·       Collaborate with the parts and sales teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·       Strong leadership and communication skills with proven experience in managing workshop operations.

·       Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

·       Ability to meet service targets and deliver excellent customer service.
