Assistant Manager
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the business objectives and contribute to the growth of the Energy Storage System Project
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure project continuity and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Implement best practices in inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to streamline processes and minimize lead times
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain operations
- Communicate and align supply chain initiatives with the broader organizational goals and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
