Assistant Manager

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels of BESS components, spare parts, and consumables.

Material Receipt & Inspection: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Storage & Preservation: Ensure safe storage of batteries, electrical equipment, and sensitive components with proper environmental controls.

Issuance & Dispatch: Manage timely issuance of materials to project teams and coordinate dispatch for site requirements.

Documentation & ERP: Maintain records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Zoho), including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock reports, and issue slips.

Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety standards for handling lithium-ion batteries and electrical equipment.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for material delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.

Audit & Reporting: Support internal/external audits, prepare MIS reports, and ensure traceability of materials.

Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in power/energy/BESS projects.
