• Risk Prevention & Hazard Control
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards through regular inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
  • Implement control measures that reduce the likelihood of accidents, injuries, and operational disruptions.
• Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Maintain documentation, permits, and safety records required for legal compliance and audits.
• Safety Training & Awareness
  • Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and skill-based training to educate employees and contractors.
  • Promote a culture where safety is valued and understood by all personnel on-site.
• Incident Response & Investigation
  • Lead investigations for near-misses, incidents, and safety violations; identify root causes.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.
• Emergency Preparedness
  • Develop, update, and test emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and site-specific safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor safety metrics (KPIs), analyze trends, and recommend improvements to enhance overall safety performance.
  • Drive initiatives that reduce risk and improve operational safety efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with operations, HR, management, and contractors to embed safety into daily operations.
  • Act as the primary advisor on safety matters for site leadership.

1. 05+ years of experience in Electrical company 

2. Electrical engineer preferrable. Engineering diploma may also work 

3. ADIS/PDIS from RLI/CLI/ state government approved institution
