Job Purpose: Executive - Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business performance, driving effective solutions that align with organizational goals.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and monitor business performance.

Process Improvement and Optimization:

Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows. Implement process changes and track effectiveness.

Coordination and Implementation:

Support coordination across departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.

Advanced Data Integration and Automation:

Manage data integration solutions to consolidate information from multiple sources into a unified system.

Utilize automation tools to enhance data processing efficiency and ensure data integrity for analysis and reporting.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Work Experience:

2-3 years of experience in business analysis or consulting. Strong analytical skills and experience with business process modeling. Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are preferred.
