• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all civil works meet project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Ensure all civil construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Identify and resolve any quality-related issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
• Identify opportunities for improving quality control processes and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure all quality control activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
