Job Description

A Customer Support Executive helps customers by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. They may work on various channels like phone, email, or chat, and are responsible for handling complaints, providing technical assistance, and guiding customers on product usage. They also contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. 


Key Responsibilities:
