Line Manager

Responsibilities

  • To handle team of Engineers effectively to get the desired output.
  • To review and apply the planning to meet the scheduled commissioning.
  • Generating regular MIS as per management requirements.
  • Ensure to follow all the required statutory requirements to avoid any penalty.
  • To ensure implementation of Quality as per approved FQP and relevant IS Codes/CBIP manual etc. 
  • To ensure implementation of Safety as per organization guidelines.
  • Handling of vendor to avoid any additional cost on Owner. Conducting regular Project review meetings with counterpart and identifying the critical paths for necessary resolutions.
  • Keeping track of budget to keep cost within the budget. 
  • To identify the bottlenecks and their resolutions to avoid last-minute surprises.
  • To plan timely shutdowns and crossings and follow ups for timely execution.
  • Processing of vendor bills timely. 
  •  Conducting safety and quality programmes at site level for the development of their team at regular intervals. 
  • Training need identification of the team.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Civil/Electrical/Mechanical

Experiences

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Transmission Line execution
  • Execution – Transmission Line
  • Knowledge of regulations and statutory approvals
