Project Execution & Management

• Lead site execution of BESS project as per approved timelines and budget.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning activities. Ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day site operations including workforce, logistics, and machinery.
• Monitor progress and resolve site-level issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, environmental and other relevant standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team including engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, internal departments as well as relevant external stakeholders 
• Support for inspections, audits, and statutory approvals.
• Represent site in project review meetings and provide status updates. 

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with documentation protocols and regulatory requirements.

Risk Identification & Mitigation

• Proactively identify potential risks related to site execution, safety, logistics, and environmental factors.
• Develop and implement precautionary measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update contingency plans accordingly.
• Alert senior management and relevant stakeholders about emerging risks or deviations from project plan/schedule.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proven experience in managing site execution of renewable energy or BESS projects.
• Understanding of battery technologies, grid integration, and safety protocols.
