About Kokan Gold:

Kokan Gold is a rapidly growing brand specializing in kulfi, ice cream, and dairy products. We are expanding our footprint in Goa and Sindhudurg and are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our business development efforts in this high-potential region.



Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives for Kokan Gold in Goa and Sindhudurg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the distribution network, and driving sales across multiple retail and institutional channels.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, cafes, and ice cream parlours across the region

·       Expand and manage the sales and distribution network across general trade,

modern trade, HORECA, and institutional

channels.

·       Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and key retail accounts.

·       Collaborate with the digital marketing and branding teams to align offline activities with online campaigns.

·       Drive product

placement, sampling, visibility initiatives, and on-ground

brand activations.

·       Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and support business planning.

·       Achieve sales targets through effective execution, reporting, and follow-ups.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/business development within the FMCG sector (experience in ice cream, dairy, or frozen categories preferred).

·       Strong knowledge of Goa’s and Sindhudurg’s retail and food

service landscape.

·       Proven ability to build and manage distribution and retail networks.

·       Excellent communication and coordination skills; experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing.

·       Highly field-oriented with a growth-driven and

entrepreneurial mindset.
