Job Description

  • Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to guests.
  • Clean assigned rooms: dust, make beds, vacuum, clean bathrooms and windows, and replace linen and supplies.
  • Sign in/out master keys and use cleaning supplies properly.
  • Handle lost & found items correctly.
  • Maintain common areas, swimming pool, terrace, and outdoor seating.
  • Clean kitchen and dining areas as needed.
  • Set up breakfast and serve meals; take orders and prepare food as per menu.
  • Water plants and maintain guest areas.
  • Laundry and linen handling under guidance.
  • Morning and evening room service, including snacks, tea/coffee, and dinner assistance.
  • Dispose of garbage and keep all areas clean.
