Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. As a frontline representative, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations while ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing appointments, and handling inquiries effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area’s professionalism and organization, while assisting with a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall efficiency of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner

Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments

Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff members

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Provide information about company services, facilities, and policies to guests and clients 


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or administration preferred

Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers

Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and scheduling tools

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and during busy periods
