Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience 20 -25 in leading engineering teams for thermal power projects.
- In-depth knowledge of thermal power plant design, construction, and operation.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
