Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Balance of Plant (BOP) operations for thermal projects in Mirzapur.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize BOP processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BOP activities with overall project requirements.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of BOP activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of BOP equipment and services.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates for senior management on BOP performance and project milestones.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in BOP operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

15-20 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry
