Develop and implement electrical design standards and procedures to improve overall operational efficiency. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines. 

Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex electrical issues and problem-solving. 

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the Power/Energy industry. 

Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians to achieve project goals. 

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high safety and quality standards. 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in electrical systems and processes. 

Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management. 

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering. 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
