• Manage and oversee civil construction projects within the Power/Energy industry from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Adani's safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Expertise civil BTG and BOP package for power plant 
• Prepare regular project progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in project execution.

 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
