Field Sales Executive

Role OverviewAn Admission Mobilizer is responsible for promoting educational programs and mobilizing prospective students to enroll in an institution. The role focuses on outreach, counseling, lead generation, and conversion of inquiries into admissions through direct interaction with students, parents, schools, and communities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote courses, programs, and admission opportunities to prospective students
• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, fairs, and community events for outreach
• Conduct awareness sessions, seminars, and presentations
• Generate and follow up on student leads through calls, visits, and digital platforms
• Counsel students and parents on course options, eligibility, and career prospects
• Assist students with application and admission formalities
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment processing
• Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, and local influencers
