Job Description

Job Summary:


  • We are looking for a well-groomed and professional Front Office Executive (Female) to manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The candidate should be courteous, organized, and capable of handling front desk operations efficiently. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sit at the reception/front desk and manage day-to-day front office activities.


  • Greet walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.


  • Register and maintain visitor entry details accurately.


  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and route them to the concerned department.


  • Answer basic queries related to projects, availability, and site visit scheduling.


  • Coordinate and manage appointments and meeting schedules.


  • Collect, compile, and maintain daily reports received from marketing executives.


  • Maintain and update customer and visitor data records.


  • Support administrative tasks as required by management.


Requirements & Qualifications


  • Graduate


  • Experience as a Front Office / Reception Executive; real estate background preferred.


  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.


  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email handling).


  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.
