Job Description
ITI Instructor is responsible for training students in specific technical trades such as Electrician by combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical skills. The instructor ensures students are industry-ready and meet skill standards defined by bodies like National Council for Vocational Training or Directorate General of Training.
Deliver classroom lectures and practical training in assigned trade
Prepare lesson plans, training modules, and teaching aids
Demonstrate tools, equipment, and machinery usage
Conduct workshops and lab sessions
Diploma in Electrical/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Senior Instructor/ Strong technical knowledge in the relevant trade
Practical demonstration ability
