AC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including ductless mini-split systems, heat pumps, and rooftop units

- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system malfunctions, identifying and replacing faulty components as needed

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, coils, and fans, and checking refrigerant levels

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other technicians and staff members to complete tasks efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and invoices

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as an AC Technician

- Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., EPA, NATE)

- Strong knowledge of AC systems, electrical circuits, and refrigeration principles

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and navigate confined spaces

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with commercial AC systems

- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS)

- OSHA certification

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
