Role OverviewWe are looking for slightly experienced Loan Sales Executives (1–3 years) to join our founding sales team. This is not just another cold-calling job—it’s a high-impact role where you’ll take complete ownership of the lead-to-conversion process and play a crucial part in building the foundation of Vidhi Capitals’ customer base.

Key Responsibilities·        Conduct cold calling to reach potential customers who may require loans (personal, business, housing, vehicle, etc.).

·        Identify needs, qualify leads, and pitch the right loan solutions.

·        Build rapport, handle objections, and close deals with confidence.

·        Own the entire sales cycle—right from first call to loan disbursement.

·        Track and update leads in CRM tools, ensuring 100% accuracy.

·        Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

·        Work closely with the founding team to shape sales strategy and playbooks as we scale.

Required Skills & Competencies·        1–3 years of experience in loan sales, telecalling, or financial products (mandatory).

·        Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language).

·        Resilient and self-motivated—able to handle rejections with persistence.

·        Target-driven, energetic, and hungry to grow fast in a startup environment.

·        Tech-friendly with basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications• Graduate degree (any stream).

• Relevant sales/loan sales experience of 1–3 years required.
