Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.     Channel Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage the channel sales strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance channel sales performance.

2.     Dealer Network Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with existing dealers, while actively seeking opportunities to expand the dealer network globally. Ensure efficient stock turnover and maintain dealer satisfaction.

3.     Regional Travel: Be open to extensive travel in state to establish and maintain relationships with state partners, dealers, and customers. This will include attending industry events, trade shows, and client visits.

4.     Sales & Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor sales and marketing campaigns to drive demand and generate leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing collateral and promotions.

5.     Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Continuously analyze market trends and competition, and adapt strategies accordingly.

6.     Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the channel sales team to achieve their individual and collective targets. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

7.     Performance Monitoring: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the channel sales team's performance. Take corrective actions as necessary to ensure goals are met.

8.     Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and insights to provide valuable input for product development and pricing strategies.
