Job Title: Pharmacist / Multi-Branch Pharmacy Manager

Location: Bikaner

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time (Sunday half-day)

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager to oversee the operations of three retail pharmacies located within a 5 km radius in Bikaner. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensure smooth workflow across all branches, and provide professional backup support whenever a staff member is unavailable.

This is a leadership + operational role suited for someone who is proactive, organised, and capable of independently managing multiple pharmacy outlets.

• Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily functioning of all three retail pharmacies.
• Ensure proper handling of prescriptions, dispensing, and patient counselling.
• Maintain accuracy in filing, billing, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Inventory & Stock Control Monitor stock levels across all branches.
• Coordinate timely ordering, receiving, and distribution of medicines.
• Prevent stock outs, expiries, and overstock situations.
• Staff Supervision Supervise, guide, and support staff at all three pharmacies.
• Manage duty scheduling and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
• Step in and substitute at any branch if a staff member is absent.
• Financial & Administrative Duties Manage salary preparation and assist in payroll coordination.
• Maintain daily cash flow and sales reports.
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Additional Responsibilities (as needed over time)Supplier/Vendor coordination
• Monthly performance tracking and KPIs
• Compliance audits and regulatory checks
• Requirements Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience (retail experience preferred).
• Licensed Pharmacist preferred (not mandatory if highly experienced).
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare guidelines.
• Willingness to travel between branches (all within 5 km).
• Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; training for software will be provided.
• Work Schedule Full-time (Office-based and field management as needed)
• Sunday: Half-day shift
