We are hiring Residential School Teachers (CBSE) for Classes 6–10 / 9–12 (as per requirement), across multiple subjects—educators who are ready to live with students in a Modern Gurukulam environment and shape them into confident, capable, value-driven human beings.

A residential teacher–mentor who:

• Teaches with conceptual clarity, not just notes and rote learning
• Aligns teaching with CBSE learning outcomes, competency-based education, and exam readiness
• Builds student confidence, curiosity, discipline, and communication (inside and outside the classroom)
• Uses modern pedagogy: activities, projects, real-life examples, questioning, and formative assessment
• Is emotionally mature, calm, and student-friendly, with a genuine heart for children
• Is ready to be a role model in a Gurukulam setting—students learn from your behaviour, habits, and daily routine
• Works well in a team, is coachable, and open to training, feedback, and continuous inner & professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

In the Classroom

• Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons for CBSE secondary classes
• Design question papers, worksheets, assignments, and revision plans aligned with CBSE patterns
• Use regular assessments to track progress and support different levels of learners
• Maintain a healthy classroom culture of respect, focus, discipline, and motivation

In the Gurukulam & Campus

• Live on campus as a resident mentor and support students beyond academics—routine, discipline, habits, values
• Participate in morning/evening routines, value sessions, activities, clubs, as required by the campus
• Observe, guide, and support students in hostel life, helping them grow in responsibility and self-management

With the School & KC Pathshala Team

• Collaborate with school leadership and KC Pathshala academic team to strengthen teaching & learning systems
• Implement school & KC Pathshala academic plans, classroom tools, and reporting systems
• Communicate effectively with parents, when needed, about student progress and overall development
• Contribute to school events, projects, and student development initiatives (competitions, fairs, assemblies, etc.)
