📞 Job Description – Telecaller (Telesales Executive) Department: Sales & Marketing (Inside Sales)

🔹 Job Summary

The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, generating leads, explaining company products (Groundnut Thresher, Decorticator, Digger, Destoner, Grader, Complete Processing Plants), and supporting field sales teams to convert inquiries into orders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers across India.

• Attend inbound calls coming from IndiaMART, JustDial, WhatsApp, YouTube, Website, and social media.
• Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable machines.
• Maintain daily calling targets.

2. Product Explanation

Provide complete information about machines:

• (Capacity, Motor HP, Production, Warranty, Prices, Transportation, Installation).
• Share brochures, PDFs, videos, quotations through WhatsApp & email.
• Explain differences between machine models & suitable options as per land, crop, and budget.

3. Sales Support

Convert inquiries into leads and share them with Sales Executive/BDM.

• Follow up regularly with customers and ensure timely closing.
• Update CRM/Google Sheet with all customer interactions.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily report (DCR).

• Work with Sales Team, Production Team, and Dispatch Team for machine availability.
• Provide follow-up reminders & appointment scheduling for field visits.

 Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English).
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel & Google Sheets.
• Ability to explain technical machinery in simple language.
• Polite and confident on phone.
• Strong follow-up skills.

🔹 Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply with training)

🔹 Salary Range

₹ 12,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
