Job Description
Plant Manager - CBG Plant
Join our fast-growing clean energy company as Plant Manager to lead daily operations of our Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) production facility. Responsible for managing end-to-end plant operations including feedstock processing, gas production, purification, compression, storage, and dispatch. Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization while supervising and developing the plant team.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
- 7-12 years experience in CBG, biogas, or related industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
- Hands-on experience with plant automation and SCADA preferred
