Job Title: Accounting & Shop Management Executive

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month + insentive

Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated Accounting & Shop Management Executive for our Bilaspur branch. The person will handle daily accounting work, shop operations, stock management, and basic customer handling. Ideal for candidates who are responsible, disciplined, and interested in working in the EV sector.     

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense entries

Manage cash book, ledger, and basic bookkeeping

Create invoices and handle billing software (training provided)

Maintain vendor records and payment follow-ups

Assist in preparing monthly reports

Shop Management

Oversee daily shop operations at the Bilaspur branch

Maintain inventory and stock records

Support service staff and coordinate workshop activities

Handle customer inquiries and product/service information

Keep the shop environment organized and professional

Track service and repair jobs

Requirements

Minimum : B.Com or relevant diploma preferred

Basic accounting knowledge (Tally or similar software is a plus)

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Computer literacy (MS Excel, billing software)

Punctual, honest, and responsible
