Skills:

1. End-to-End ownership of ensuring stellar customer experience by driving key business metrics.

2. Reduction and resolution of customer grievance within the stipulated time by coordinating with cross- functional stakeholders.

3. Establish process governance for the happy flow of the shipments to the customer doorstep.

4. Identifying customer dissonance/improvement opportunities and partnering with business to recommend actions.

5. Operational knowledge of logistics/courier/Retail/ FMCG/FMCD industry.

6. Skill and knowledge of operating ERP used in logistics/ supply chain.

7. Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS outlook mail.

Local Candidate Preferred

Minimum 1 year Experience

Graduation or any Post Graduation Degree
