Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, data-minded, and comfortable working across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels
• Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including ads, brochures, presentations, and website copy
• Manage social media accounts and assist with content calendars and engagement strategies
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Coordinate with sales, design, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives
• Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and product launches
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing or promotional role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email platforms, social media tools)
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
