Job Description:

We are looking for a Safety Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Power Plant and Railways projects to ensure implementation and compliance of safety standards at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct safety trainings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
• Safety certification such as ADIS / equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Plant and Railways projects.
• Good knowledge of safety standards, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
