Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell paid consultation appointments to parents and students.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Associates to achieve their individual and team KRAs.
• Drive consultation show-ups by conducting expectation-setting calls in advance.
• Monitor team performance closely and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and consultation conversions.
• Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and skill levels.
• Close deals confidently by understanding pain points and aligning solutions.
• Follow the sales process and scripts to the dot.
• Keep detailed documentation for every converted sale, including Zoom recordings, sales call summaries, and conversion insights on the converted call sheet.
• Build strong rapport and trust with potential customers.

Skills and Attributes:

• 3–7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales or related roles, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity(Preferred: experience in Inside sales and edtech sales).
• Demonstrated success in driving sales teams toward achieving revenue and conversion targets.
• Strong in objection handling, rapport building, and structured selling
• Excellent command over communication, listening, and persuasive storytelling
• Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tracking
• Ambitious, money-minded individual who thrives under targets
• Proactive and self-driven mindset with the initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas.
