We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to drive performance, mentor team members, and achieve outstanding sales results. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet individual and team targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience: Prior experience as sales Team Leader in Fintech Industry such as PhonePe, GooglePay & Paytm etc.
Responsibilities:
* Have / Recruit a team of minimum 10 field sales executives under you.
* Ensure that each FSE Performs his duties of Onboarding and Card Activation & meet their DRR.
* Have good control and command on your team to drive them according to DRR.
* Having daily meetings with FSE & making the Day plan.
* Regular follow-up from the team members in a day for ensuring meeting up of DRR.
* Achieving Individual & Team targets.
