Plant HR Head

Plant HR Location- Kanpur ( Chaubepur)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Time Office Management

• Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and shift rosters.

• Ensure accurate biometric and manual attendance tracking.

• Handle employee queries related to attendance and leave policies.

2. Payroll Administration

• Collate and validate attendance data for payroll processing.

• Coordinate with corporate payroll team for timely salary disbursement.

• Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and factory regulations.

• Maintain statutory records and documentation for audits and inspections.

• Liaise with government authorities for PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory filings.

4. Plant Administration

• Oversee housekeeping, security, and facility management.

• Manage vendor contracts and service providers.

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and welfare measures for plant employees. 5. Employee Engagement & Support

• Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.

• Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary actions.

• Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
