Job Description
We are looking for smart and confident candidates for Telecaller and Back Office roles. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Maintain customer data and records in Excel or CRM
Follow up with clients and provide information about products/services
Assist in preparing daily reports and office documentation
Coordinate with sales and operations teams as required
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email)
Freshers and experienced both can apply
