About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably real estate). The candidate will be responsible for converting prospects, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into customers for residential and commercial properties.

Conduct site visits with prospective clients and explain property features, amenities, and benefits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate property solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, promotional events, and digital lead follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales closures in CRM.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate developments.



Eligibility Criteria 

Education: Minimum Graduation (any course) 

Experience: 2–3 years in direct sales / field sales (Real Estate preferred) 

Skills: 

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and persuasion skills 

Comfortable with field sales and client interactions

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred 

Other Requirements: 

Smartphone with internet access 

Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
