Edge preparation before welding (beveling, cleaning, smoothing)
Removal of slag, burrs, and surface defects without damaging base metal
Ensuring proper surface finish for 100% RT quality acceptance
Assisting fitters and welders in joint preparation
Maintaining correct profile and thickness during grinding
