E-Commerce Executive

E-commerce executive will own the growth and performance of our online business. This role will lead strategy and execution across marketplaces and B2C platforms, ensuring strong revenue growth, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall e-commerce growth and online revenue performance
• Manage day-to-day operations across D2C website and marketplace platforms
• Own product merchandising, pricing strategy, promotions, and inventory planning
• Plan and execute seasonal launches, festive campaigns, and high-impact sales events
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including sales, conversion, AOV, and retention
• Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey and post-sales experience
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, marketing, tech, and CRM teams
• Reduce returns, cancellations, and fulfillment-related issues
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing e-commerce and customer support team
• Present actionable insights and performance reports to leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and scaling e-commerce businesses
• Strong exposure to marketplaces and/or D2C platforms
• Deep understanding of merchandising, pricing, promotions, and catalog management
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
