About the Role:

Ramsham Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to oversee the operations and strategic growth of all its business verticals — including Ramsham Collection (sarees & fashion), Ramsham Handicrafts, Ramsham Textiles, and Ramsham Resorts. We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role, can build structure across departments, and has the foresight to scale a multifaceted business with a local soul and a global ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of day-to-day operations across all verticals of the Ramsham Group

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including design, production, marketing, sales, customer support, and logistics

• Strategically plan and execute growth initiatives for each company under the group

• Develop and streamline SOPs, workflows, and interdepartmental communication

• Work closely with the directors/founders on long-term business planning and expansion

• Build partnerships, onboard collaborators, and identify new B2B and retail opportunities

• Oversee hiring, team structuring, and performance evaluations

• Handle administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities, ensuring profitability and sustainability across sectors

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business management, operations, or general management roles

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills

• Familiarity with lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or craft-based industries is a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (preferred)

• Comfortable working from an office in Bolpur, Shantiniketan

• Self-driven, highly organized, and willing to take full ownership of deliverables
